LUPC
LUPC is a not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to achieve value for money for its members in their procurement of goods and services, in a way that benefits its members, society and the economy, whilst minimising damage to the environment. In collaboration with other higher education purchasing consortia and with responsible procurement at the centre of everything they do, LUPC's expert procurement team manages a large portfolio of framework agreements securing best value for each of its members. Established in 1968, LUPC’s membership is made up of universities and colleges of higher and further education, as well as other not-for-profit organisations in the education, arts, science, charity, and wider public sectors.

NEUPC (North Eastern University Purchasing Consortium) provides collaborative procurement expertise, guidance and agreements that are aligned to, and actively support our members’ needs, values and objectives.
NWUPC
The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NWUPC) is a not for profit organisation owned by its full members consisting of 24 Universities within the North West Region. Our core business is to establish EU compliant framework agreements which our members access to buy goods and services. Our purpose is ‘To provide a structure for higher education institutions mutually to secure value for money in matters relating to the procurement of goods and services.’
SUPC
SUPC is a membership-based organisation for universities and further education colleges that helps members to achieve best value from their procurement activities. We develop and manage framework agreements and provide a range of services to help members deliver value for money through cost and efficiency savings. We work collaboratively with other purchasing consortia across the UK to provide members access to over 130 professionally tendered, compliant frameworks that deliver value for money to the HE sector as a whole. Part of the wider SUMS Group, a charity and not-for-profit which supports university improvement across all professional service areas, SUPC members are part of a community dedicated to excellence within the HE sector. We use insight from across our three divisions – SUPC, SUMS Consulting and the Procurement Shared Service – to develop ways to help procurement teams and universities realise critical efficiencies.

TEC (The Energy Consortium). TEC is a Contracting Authority owned by our members and deliver a wide range of services in energy procurement, data reporting, risk management and cost reduction on a not-for-profit basis.
